We’re growing our team — and you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
This December, we’re welcoming 15 new Program Leaders to join the Sonder Youth team. If you're aged 18–24 and living in regional NSW, this is your chance to step up, learn powerful skills, and help lead the Changemakers Program in 2026.
Take part in a one-week, all-expenses-covered training retreat — that means we’ve got your food, travel, and accommodation sorted.
The training is fun, intensive, and deeply rewarding. You’ll learn to facilitate workshops, mentor other young people, and become a driving force for grassroots change.
Spots are limited, and entry is by application only.

This is a volunteer leadership opportunity. All training costs are covered by Sonder Youth. After camp, we’ll support you to secure funding so you can run the Changemakers Program in your community in 2026.
We’ll be with you every step of the way — supporting your growth, championing your leadership, and helping you make a real impact where it matters most.
